Send It Back: Once approved, you can ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable courier.

What Happens Next

We’ll inspect your return within 2–3 business days after receiving it.
If Approved: You’ll receive a coupon discount equal to the full value of the item, which you can use on your next purchase. We’ll also reimburse your return shipping cost.
If Not Approved: If the item doesn’t meet the return requirements, we’ll inform you and send it back.
